Shipping Method:
All orders are shipped through Canada Post Standard or Express delivery.  Orders shipped by FedEx will require a signature on delivery.
Please allow for 5-15 business days for shipping within Canada and the USA.

Once an order has left our office, we have no control over the time it takes to arrive at its destination. We will endeavour to get your order to you as quick as possible but The Camel Company of Canada will not be held liable for delays in transit.

*Free Shipping
Free shipping is available to most major areas of Canada, for orders over $200 before tax and to most major areas of the U.S. for orders over $400 before tax.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and will gladly provide a refund/exchange for your order.   ALL returns/exchanges must be reported within 7 days of receipt, by email or phone and a  'Return Merchandise Authorization' number obtained. Please contact customer service (info@camelcompany.ca) to get a copy of the 'Return/Exchange Form' sent to you. This form must be presented to process a return or exchange.

For public health and safety, as well as hygienic reasons there are NO returns or exchanges offered on blankets, mattress pads, or quilts. 

For hygienic reasons, we CANNOT accept returns on a product that is not in its original condition and packaging or that has been washed or used.

Store refund or exchange
You MUST present your order confirmation  with your merchandise when doing a store refund or exchange and complete the Return/Exchange form.  Without the order confirmation, no refund or exchange is possible. Product must be in original condition and packaging, unwashed and unused.

Refund/Exchange by Mail
ALL returns/exchanges must be reported within 7 days of receipt of your order, by email or phone and a  'Return Merchandise Authorization' number obtained. Returns cannot be processed without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA number must be written on the outside of the box that the product is being shipped in.

Please contact our customer service (info@camelcompany.ca) to get a copy of the 'Return/Exchange Form' sent to you. This form must be completely filled out including your Order Confirmation number and reason for return. Place the completed form into the box with the merchandise that is being returned. Returns/Exchanges cannot be completed without your Order Confirmation number.
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. It is recommended that customers use a shipping company that can track packages when returning a product. Goods shipped back to The Camel Company of Canada, from outside of Canada may incur extra duties and taxes. Shipping charges for returned orders will only be refunded if there is an error on our part with the order.

Please allow a minimum of 30 days for us to receive your returned merchandise, have it inspected and qualified to ensure that it  is in line with our return policy. On approval, refunds of your entire purchase price plus taxes will be credited to  your credit card account within two billing cycles. Refund does not include shipping charges or custom duties and fees.
