Original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. The Camel Company of Canada will not pay for the product to be shipped back to our office. We will issue a refund if it is deemed appropriate. No refunds will be processed without an RMA number. The Camel Company of Canada cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned products and it is recommended that you get a “Proof of Postage” from the post office or courier. If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Time Guarantee & Delivery
Within 5 days of receipt of your order, we will do our best to ship the product to you depending on availability in our warehouse. If your items are not in stock, you will be notified by Customer Service within 5 days and will have the option to keep your order on file (backorder) or cancel. If you order items with different availability dates, we will hold all the items until the last item is delivered. You may choose to have each item delivered separately understanding that there will be a delivery charge each time. The Camel Company of Canada is in no way liable if a product does not arrive on a customer’s timeline. The Camel Company of Canada shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours following the placement of that order, by calling our Customer Service Department or by email. Within that time we will do our best to make changes to your order or cancel providing that the merchandise has not been shipped. If the product has already been mailed at the date of receipt of the cancellation of the order, you must return the product in accordance with the section 'Shipping & Returns' and we will credit your credit card or debit card with the price of the product within 30 days beginning with the day on which notice of cancellation was given.
